Throughout our history, we've strived to excel at customer service by always going above and beyond. Customer service is our single most important goal. We began as a small hobby store offering only off road products. But with your continued support, we are now a major destination for all automotive, truck and powersports products. Our staff is not only professional, but also enthusiasts with trucks, Jeeps, ATV's, and a wide assortment of Motorcycles. All of us here use what we sell, and we have the same concerns and ask the same questions as our customers. Our early days were based in Colorado up in the Rocky Mountains, where we grew up fabricating our own parts and testing them ourselves, taking our trucks and Jeeps into the rough backwoods of Colorado and Utah. Now, we are based in Tampa, Florida and have added ATV and Motorcycle parts and accessories. Part of our goals toward great customer service is low prices and fast delivery. Our office is close to the Tampa International Airport, making it easy for manufacturers to drop in, visit and educate our staff about their products and benefits. Our relationships with our manufacturers are important in providing better programs, which result in lower prices for our customers. In many cases, the manufacturer ships their products directly to our customers, in other cases we ship from multiple warehouses spread across the USA. This leads to most of our products being delivered in an average of 24 to 72 hours. But there are some items which are too large to ship UPS or Fedex, and those instead ship by LTL Truck deliveries and can take 5 - 10 days. We also work on an individual basis with many of our customers providing custom made products, of course the manufacturer needs a few weeks to produce those products, but it is worth the wait. Several years ago, our customers asked for us to step up and offer more than just products; they asked for educational and informational videos and articles. So we did. We now have one of the largest collections of original informational videos available in the automotive and powersports industry. We not only produce our own product videos, but also informational videos, which we invite you to check out our YouTube channel. There, you can find our News Refresh category, and of course subscribe and provide us your feedback. Our videos may not be funny or trite, because our staff works very hard to create great videos with great value. That takes a large amount of research and time, and we are all very proud of what they have achieved. We also have a large number of informational articles and reviews spread throughout our website to assist our customers. We are also very proud of our staff for creating one of the most popular Blog's in the industry. Our Blog does not focus on us, instead it offers current and relevant articles, insights into our industry and the movers and shakers that shape it. We do not want you to believe that all we do is work. The truth is it is really great to be an enthusiast and work in that same industry; it's enjoyable, fun and rewarding.
